Welcome! My name is Lucja and I am a Gestalt therapist with a practice open to individuals, couples, and non-monogamous/poly relationships. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma informed, and experientially oriented therapist with a practice supporting clients of all genders, sexualities, bodies, and racial/cultural identities. I work as a collaborator with my clients to develop tools and explore inner workings on emotional, cognitive, and physical levels. My style of therapy is engaging, creative, and thoughtful, helping clients build skills and grow awareness around the inner workings of the human experience.
I support clients who wish to explore various issues, including trauma, immigration, sexual identity, gender affirming care, anxiety, depression, grief, interpersonal and intimate relationships, religious trauma, life changes, stress, navigating neurodiversity and the intersectionality of these identities and experiences.
