I combine traditional talk therapy with integrative and holistic approaches that calm the nervous system, access inner knowledge, strengthen the Self, and develop new ways of coping with challenges. These can include breath and relaxation, guided imagery, meditation, and energy psychology. I also teach cognitive behavioral techniques to change harmful thought patterns. Based in current brain science and ancient wisdom teachings, I help people utilize the healthy and mature parts of themselves to become more conscious, integrated, and whole.
Psychotherapy can be life changing. It is always interesting, often profound, and sometimes humorous. It is sharing a common human journey of growing up emotionally and waking up spiritually. There are no "one size fits all" approaches, so each encounter is unique and co-created around your goals.
