I'm Lucinda, a therapist with experience helping you navigate your healing journey. My passion for this work comes from a deep commitment to supporting you and providing a safe and nurturing space for recovery. I use various approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, trauma informed stabilization treatment, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.
