I work with people coping with trauma and stress, especially stressors related to substance use, family of origin, parenting, relationship issues, and abuse. The cumulative worry, grief, exhaustion, and loss of hope that so often accompany these challenges can leave you feeling overwhelmed and alone. In our sessions, we will work together on short-term relief, along with deeper explorations oriented towards lasting change. New ways of relating to yourself and others bring about new experiences that reignite your sense of hope and nurture change. I offer calm, thoughtful, nonjudgmental support to you and your family on your journey.
I blend a variety of emotion and cognitive-focused approaches—always with a trauma and attachment-informed foundation. I am also trained in EMDR. As a family therapist, I value your perspective of your experiences as well as the interactions with family, community, and systems that impact you.

Invitation to Change family group
**Free Online Group**The Invitation to Change Approach is a holistic helping framework based in science and kindness, designed for the families and loved ones of people struggling with substance use. This group is suitable for parents, partners, and other family members or friends of the affected person. In this group, you will learn and practice in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment with other families who share similar concerns. This is a skills group, not a therapy group. The group meets every 2nd and 4th Monday.
