As an LCSW, I provide tools to help you move past the limitations of sadness, anxiety, and trauma. By identifying the thoughts and behaviors keeping you stuck, we’ll work to empower your healing process. My goal is to help you overcome your past and reclaim your life as your healthiest, happiest self. I work with men and women, all ages of adulthood; who are wanting to work through improving relationships, improving self-esteem, overcoming the limitations of past abuse in their life and wanting to progress but recognizing that self-doubt, fear and difficult life experiences are getting in the way of your own personal progress.
I use CBT to examine how your thoughts drive actions and emotions, plus DBT to manage emotional responses with practical tools. By integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I help you move from reactive stress to intentional growth. Together, we’ll build the capability, confidence, and relationships needed for a better life.
