My name is Lucille Crowder, a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I specialize in treating Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and Addiction. My focus is on helping individuals to utilize their strengths, and, motivating clients, which empowers them to make healthy lifestyle choices, decisions, and changes that are needed to help with any situation such as resolving stressors and coping more effectively, and, by accomplishing their goals.
I offer clients ongoing support and encouragement as well as a safe environment in which to engage in the therapeutic process. I utilize Evidenced Based Practices such as CBT, DBT , Integrative Therapy, Cognitive Processing for Trauma, and Person Centered approaches to name a few.
