I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based out of Loma Linda, California. I work with families and individuals to address issues of trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, stress, and life changes. With a blend of family systems therapy and humanistic therapy, I help my clients work through their "stuff" - helping them heal from the past and find hope for their future.
My approach
Therapy may look different for each person I work with however, I often incorporate a blend of Bowen Family Systems (you can think of this as understanding family relationships and working on boundaries) and Humanistic therapy (you can think of this as having unconditional positive regard for others). In therapy, you may find I also incorporate some Gestalt.
I have experience working with families and individuals in various stages of life (children, adolescents, adults) and of different backgrounds. I help individuals struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, addictions, relationships, stress, and life transitions.
