I come to our sessions ready to meet you where you're at. I'll listen to and validate your struggles, then identify how we can overcome them. I will be part of your journey — I'll be there to support, encourage, and push you when you need it. At NOCD, my team and I provide personalized, specialized treatment for OCD, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, and related conditions like BFRBs (including skin-picking, nail-biting, and hair-pulling). My experience and training in treating Anxiety and Depression enable me to offer tailored approaches using evidence-based therapies.
We are trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure Response and Prevention (ERP) therapy—the gold standard for OCD. For those with depression, I incorporate Behavioral Activation to help improve mood and regain control. At NOCD, you'll work with me or be paired with a therapist in our network.
We’ll get to know you and create a treatment plan to help achieve your goals. NOCD also offers support between sessions through direct messaging, online therapy tools, and access to peer communities, ensuring you never feel alone. I look forward to working with you and helping you conquer your OCD.
