Using a person-centered approach, I provide evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). As a Certified Informed Sex Therapy Professional (CISTP) pursuing national Sex Therapy accreditation, I also offer inclusive and affirming guidance on intimacy, sexual health, and identity.
