Counseling can help you navigate difficult situations, help you gain clarity, and begin to heal and move forward with life again.
At Lucid Awakening, we are a dedicated group of professionals committed to supporting you on your journey of self-discovery, mindfulness, and healing. Our diverse team combines a unique blend of expertise in clinical approaches such as Jungian and Depth-based therapy, humanistic, and mindfulness practices.
Our aim is to create a therapeutic space where you feel completely free from external pressure and are able to fully let go and exhale. Therapy is a space where unknown parts of yourself can be allowed to surface and be integrated and accepted. I meet my clients where they are at and create a sacred space of safety and acceptance.
