I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and also trained in EMDR. I practice individual, family, and group therapy. I have more than 5 years of experience working with trauma survivors and approach my work with clients from a systemic perspective, with focus on respecting each individual, and collaborating with clients in ways that help them access their own unique strengths and abilities with which to face life’s challenges.
I see my role as helping people to identify and cultivate strengths in themselves, and strengths in their relationships; trusting that all of us bring the best we can to the problems of our lives and knowing that when someone is courageous enough to seek assistance, they are seeking to be better.
