I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 9 years of experience. I specialize in helping adults struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, relationship issues, and daily life stressors. I take the time to develop a therapeutic relationship with each of my clients to build a sense of trust. My goal is to be a safe space where individuals can reflect on themselves, discover self-worth, and foster personal growth.
I received my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients gain practical insight into their situations and regain emotional balance. I also have experience with emotionally focused, person-centered, and family systems approaches.
