As a holistic, trauma-informed therapist, I take into consideration all aspects of your personhood–physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual. My focus is working with adult survivors of narcissistic abuse, neglect, borderline personality disorder, relationship issues, grief, ambiguous loss, life transitions, and systemic racism and oppression.
In our work together, we will look at the ways your family of origin, social location, and personal history impacts your present. My practice is primarily drawn from Relational Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory, Existential Therapy, and CBT and DBT when appropriate. I counsel through a multicultural and anti-oppressive lens.
As we grapple with personal, intergenerational, and systemic traumas, we develop more self-awareness and resilience, which nurtures our ability to heal and grow.
