With a background rooted in crisis and trauma work, I bring a deep understanding of the complexities individuals face during difficult moments. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where my clients can explore, heal, and build resilience. Additionally, as a Certified First Responder Associate, I bring a compassionate commitment to supporting first responders and their families.
I am also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I) and offer a caring and understanding approach to supporting individuals facing substance use challenges. I prefer an integrative approach tailored to empower individuals and couples in their unique journey toward psychological well-being and relational harmony.
