There's a kid inside each of us. The one who lived through what we lived through. The one who learned what was safe to feel and what wasn't — and who's still in there waiting to be met. My work is meeting that kid. Sometimes literally, in play therapy with children and teens. Sometimes in the adult who's tired of holding it all together — the caretaker, the perfectionist, the one navigating imposter syndrome and complexities of roles and identities. Together, we create a safe space to meet the parts of you that learned to disappear, and make room for the parts that haven't gotten to speak yet.

Through IFS, EMDR, Gestalt, somatic awareness and creative expression, I help adults explore parts of themselves that may still be stuck in childhood and reclaim the strengths and inner wisdom waiting there. With kids, I use child-centered and synergetic play therapy. With teens, I draw on DBT skills alongside art-informed creative approach.

My approach is warm, playful, trauma-informed and depth-oriented. I take what's hard seriously, and I also believe the world can still be a kind of playground — that healing could make room for joy within a safe and nonjudgmental space.
