If you're looking for therapy that's dynamic, effective, and tailored to you, you're in the right place. I specialize in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety, depression, and grief. My work is trauma informed and relational, and is LGBTQ+ affirming and culturally responsive. Sessions with me usually involve a mix of flexibility and direction, aimed to find where you're stuck and explore creative solutions to move you forward.

I have ADHD myself, so I understand many aspects of neurodiversity (feel free to talk in your natural flow, I can follow it)! I'm trained in Exposure and Response Prevention, which provides powerful relief from obsessions and compulsions, especially when combined with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. ¡Y también hablo español!
