I offer consultations, individual, couple and group therapy. My priority is to create a relationship based on a mutual understanding of what you'd like to accomplish by coming to therapy and I review these goals with you on a regular basis to ensure we're on track.
My philosophy is that we are all "perfectly imperfect." So many people struggle to accept their inherent imperfections, their humanity. As a therapist and as a human being, I work to embrace my strengths as well as my imperfections, and I encourage my clients to do the same.
