I believe pain stems from broken relationships to our bodies, memories, partners, family or friends. My work focuses on restoring the balance within the body (insomnia, anxiety, inattention, impulsivity) and within relationships (anger, sadness, grief, loss, migration, trauma, abuse) through various methods (Hypnosis, EMDR, Reiki, Limpias, Play therapy).
