Sexual abuse, early childhood trauma, compulsive eating and relationships are areas I specialize in. I am a multicultural and trauma informed counselor who speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese fluently. I also offer psychedelic-assisted therapy.
My work focuses on nurturing the abandoned and neglected inner child using Somatic Experiencing and psychedelics (if desired) to understand coping strategies and protective mechanisms that keep you stuck, preventing you from being the fabulous being you are. The work with partnerships is inspired by PACT, EFT and largely informed by attachment and IFS.
I work collaboratively so clients can create a life that feels alive and expansive.
