With a compassionate presence and non-judgmental perspective, I co-create an environment for clients to explore hard emotions and life experiences so that they can be more spacious, confident, strong and joyful. Connection through relationships, sex, intimacy and love are areas I specialize in. I am a multicultural and trauma informed counselor who speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese fluently. I also offer cannabis and ketamine-assisted therapy.
I help womxn and couples of all genders and sexual orientations develop a healthier relationship to themselves. My work focuses on empowerment, liberation and healing trauma, using Somatic Experiencing and psychedelics (if desired). The work with partnerships is inspired by PACT, EFT and largely informed by attachment, helping partners find deeper care.
