Anyone who is looking for a liberatory psychotherapist with a fresh perspective may find we work well together. My recent experience lies with queer adults, especially trans adults. However, the majority of my time in this field has been spent working with youth. I am open to many kinds of clients!
Additionally, I have a lot of experience working with individuals with trauma histories, including complex and/or repressed traumas. I often do parts work and narrative therapy with clients, but I draw from many places.
I work with individuals, couples, poly relationship units (2 or more), and families. I work with people 16+.
I have the most experience working with queer and/or disabled adults, but am open to clients of nearly any background. My lived disabled and trans experience is a critical aspect of my work. I will work with you to challenge yourself to grow, to question the narratives we learn about our place in the world, and to learn to accept all the parts of yourself.
Nearly everyone struggles with some kind of mental health issue at some point in their life, but not nearly enough people seek support from others through these issues. We all rely on each other, and I can be one support in your journey.
