My practice specializes in addressing the emotional and care management needs of individuals and families affected by illness and decline. I have over 20 years’ experience working with the “aging family” as well as other adults affected by chronic illness, and also emphasize the importance of caregiver health.
My services include counseling for patients and/or family caregivers, family education and problem-solving, and anticipatory planning to develop plans and connect to resources. Home visits are available within certain areas. Together we will face the realities of your situation and explore how to live with hope and resilience. I look forward to your call.
