As an individual therapist, I work with children, adolescents and adults with diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds. I work with individuals on the Autism Spectrum, family members of those diagnosed with Autism, anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, mood disorders and adjustment disorders.
I empower parents/guardians by teaching parenting skills and providing information and strategies they can use to support and advocate for their children.
My eclectic therapeutic approach draws from techniques used in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy. My primary goal is to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with all of my clients to ensure a successful therapeutic experience.
