I enjoy working with clients to help them regain hope, and assist them in developing effective skills to promote a healthy well-balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. I appreciate and enjoy helping people who struggle with anxiety and depression, relationship and gender issues, diversity, addiction, as well as grief and loss.
I work in collaboration with clients to help them achieve their goals and work alongside with them in problem solving, developing new skills, or coping with their current stressors. I provide services in English and Spanish with a culturally sensitive approach. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience in community Mental Health
