I work with individuals and couples/relationships ages 18 and older. While I truly enjoy working with all types of people, I most often work with Queer clients. I also specialize in working with clients experiencing religious trauma, sex and sexuality concerns, gender dysphoria, chronic pain or illness, anxiety, grief, loneliness, and feelings of hopelessness or lack of purpose.
Much of my practice is rooted in Existential Theory: the belief that we all experience a fundamental struggle in life to understand our reality and find deeper meaning for our time here on earth.
I offer support through specific evidence-based modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoeducation. If you have questions about any of these modalities, please do not hesitate to ask! My approach to therapy includes a high level of transparency and collaboration.
