Hello, my name is Lucas Hendrickson, LMFT. My main concerns are your safety and your growth at your speed. I have a wealth of experience and knowledge from coaching to deep emotional processing to EMDR. I will bring all my experience and knowledge to you so you get what you want from therapy. I can just sit with you in silence if that is what you need or give you suggestions and homework if that is how you learn best. My mission is Love. I work best with clients who wish to change, even if they don't know how. I have worked with women, and the LBGTQ+ community for many years as well.
I am first and foremost, client-centered. What you want from therapy is primary. I love to provide mindfulness. Through that, I have used a number of techniques: Brief therapy, EMDR, FLASH, Inner family systems, Hakomi, psychodynamic, and Gestalt to name but a few.
I believe that you know what you need to do to heal, and I am there to walk beside you as you take your steps. I believe in listening to and truly hearing my clients and giving them what they need. You are at the center, and I am there to serve you.
