I prioritize empowerment and it's a core factor in how I show up to each session whether through development of coping skills, insight, self-compassion, or listening to you in a way that you feel heard and seen.
I'm a clinical social worker with behavioral health experience in group and individual therapy since 2012, with two years solely focused on wellness, disordered eating patterns, binge eating, and body image issues. I provide psychoeducation on tools, coping skills, frameworks and draw on CBT, IFS, empowerment, mindfulness, and intuitive eating approaches.
I only provide service through video visits, which allows me to connect with you wherever you may be in Washington, and I only work with adults. You're welcome to reach out to me with any questions.
