I specialize in working with clients who are ready for deep trauma work, not those seeking introductory therapy or basic coping skills. My practice focuses on complex trauma, PTSD, dissociation, attachment wounds, and long-standing emotional patterns that have not shifted with talk therapy alone.
My ideal clients are people who have already done some therapeutic work and are prepared to engage with somatic and experiential trauma processing. This includes veterans, first responders, therapists, and high-functioning adults who are ready to address internal dynamics with honesty and depth.
I use Brainspotting, parts work, and polyvagal-informed therapy to access what talk therapy cannot reach. Clients describe this process as precise, focused, and transformative, it’s not passive work. It requires readiness, curiosity, and a willingness to meet the parts of yourself that have been held in protection.
My background as a veteran and widower informs the way I sit with intensity, grief, and identity-level shifts. I offer a grounded, steady presence that supports the nervous system through deep internal change.
