Who am I if I don’t hold it all together? Who am I if I let myself be imperfect? Who am I if I let go of control? These questions guide my work with high-achieving, over-functioning LGBTQ+ adults and adult children of immigrants. I invite you to release the heavy emotional lifting you do for the people in your life, and return to the authentic connection with yourself. Grounded in no-bullshit honesty, playfulness, and direct insight, my practice is about accepting who you are—defenses, imperfections, and all—and expanding into a life that embraces who you will become—still imperfect, but freer, more embodied, and more connected.

I offer an inviting, purposeful, and engaging space where you can get real and go deep. To heal patterns of codependency and anxiety, we are asked to let go of what's no longer working and surrender into the sometimes uncomfortable, sometimes exciting uncertainty of trying something new. Along the way, I'll support you with turning inward for guidance.

It can be scary to release coping patterns that feel familiar, even when you know they're limiting you. Moment by moment, I help you learn to build genuine safety in yourself, connect authentically with others, and cultivate the meaningful life that feels most like you.
