I specialize in helping people who struggle from the effects of trauma (or adverse childhood experiences), specifically issues around self-esteem, shame, anxiety/fear/panic/stress/anger, and challenges with relationships/dating. My approach integrates neuroscience with psychology to help support lasting change - not just symptom management.

Therapy doesn't have to be cold or clinical. I offer a down-to-earth and supportive space where you can be real, explore, and grow at your own pace. Whether showing up individually or with your partner, you can gain clarity, emotional regulation, and practical tools to navigate life with greater ease.
