About
Welcome. I work primarily with couples and couples who are parents. Parenting and marriage play significant roles in our lives and they got harder during Covid. New parents especially are coping with topics that their relatives and friends with older children may have a hard time relating to. I am here to help new parents and couples navigate this transition time as individuals, partners, and parents. I rely heavily on attachment theory, Gottman method techniques for couples and raising emotionally intelligent children, and mindfulness.
I offer virtual support groups for new mothers who may need a place to talk, but may find it hard to get out of the house. I offer individual counseling to new moms that focuses on skill sets such as communication skills, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. I also provide couples counseling that utilizes the Gottman Method.
Our relationships offer so many opportunities for growth and joy. When they aren't going as we hoped, it can really take its toll on us and make us believe we are inherently flawed. You are not. I encourage you to reach out so we can work together to correct this misconception and help you find the joy you deserve.
