I have experience working with adults overcoming some of life’s most difficult obstacles, including exploring racial identities, healing generational wounds, recovering from traumatic experiences, managing anxiety and depression, navigating systems and advocating for change.
I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion, Ego State techniques and creative expression when working with individuals.
