Hi, I am so glad you are here! Are you needing to work through difficult childhood or adult experiences of loss, grief, abuse, violence, trauma, or help navigating life transitions, challenging situations or relationships? Are you wishing you could move through life from a place of grounded presence, even amidst stressful circumstances? You want to experience and express emotions in ways that sustain you rather than drain you, even when they may involve strong, often negatively labeled emotions - fear, anger, shame, and beyond - because you need to be true to yourself and break patterns and cycles of keeping things stuck inside.
I can help you change the distress patterns that show up in your body, impacting how you think, feel, act, and relate to yourself, others, and the world. Whether an adult, a child, or even a baby, distress lives in the body, and together through talk and experiential exercises (including play), we can release painful emotions without it being overwhelming.
It's important to be able to express yourself freely to a compassionately present witness who will be able to hold space for your lived experience, in all its complex nuances, all while helping guide you with honesty, attunement, and collaboration.
