I work with adults, youth and families to address depression, anxiety, PTSD, dissociation, family dysfunction, addiction and other unhelpful patterns of behavior. Since you are the expert of your life, we will work together to tailor solutions around what is right for you.
I have lived and traveled throughout the world. I am trained in EMDR, IFS, Somatic interventions, Family Therapy and a variety of other approaches.
