About
As your therapist I strive to create a safe and respectful environment, where you can explore your beliefs, perceptions, feelings, desires, challenges, strengths and weaknesses. I will listen carefully to your current conundrums, past struggles and successes, and your desires for your future. I utilize an eclectic approach based on over 40 years of education and experience to assist you in resolving conflicts, personal angst, and to create the sense of fulfillment and inner balance you are seeking.
The therapeutic relationship is a partnership where we take a careful look at where you feel stuck in your life and identify the changes you most desire. Most of my clients are referred to me from other clients who feel that my counseling has served them well.
Psychological and Personality testing is available upon request. I am APA Certified in Professional Counseling and Board Certified as a lifetime member in Cambridge Who's Who of Professionals.
