PAST: Women's Therapy Group
Therapy group for women dealing with issues such as shame, grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, and a variety of different life challenges and changes, habits, hurts, and hang ups. To be a part of the group each woman first must meet for an assessment and individual session to identify if they are a good fit for the group and what their goals are for therapy to give them some direction in their journey. Vulnerability is important but each woman chooses what she is comfortable to share in a process of building trust and self-discovery. 1/wk afternoontime

If you are interested in being part of a Focus Group to develop this program please email - lovingtherapy@gmail.com - You will receive support and resources for weight loss and management. Anyone can participate in the group Online and if it is nearby also meet in Gainesville and/or Jacksonville. This will be a Weight Management program with seminars on The Psychology of Weight Management to be presented in Jacksonville in the coming months. In the future there will be a program on a 2 week Cruise for a Weight Management Program that continues afterwards with an online support group.
