With over ten years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health issues, I am building my practice in Burr Ridge, IL. Depression and anxiety can be chronic. I utilize a variety of methods including Cognitive Behavioral Health, Motivational Interviewing, and Brief Solution Focused Treatment to assist my clients in identifying the true cause of their issues and developing the coping skills they have been seeking.
