In addition, I use many interventions, such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), to assess motivation to change and address any ambivalence towards change. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to increase psychological flexibility, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to change faulty or unhelpful ways of thinking.
