Hey there! I’m Zanessa! I am a seasoned clinician since 2016 and am licensed in NM and TX! I serve all ages and specialize in providing solution-focused, client-centered counseling and consulting services. I use EMDR, TF-CBT, ACT, Sand tray, and expressive arts. I also have experience working in the AirForce as a FATM and have supervised LMSWs in both states! For couples- I have trained in Gottman and discernment counseling and love seeing couples! I even created a 6 week Marriage restoration program if you’re interested! For children - I use play therapies and sand tray and am trained in sexual abuse and behavioral issues.

I currently work partly telehealth and in person at my office in Lubbock, Texas at the Joy Building. If you or a loved one need services and do not have insurance- please let me know because I have a donation based option as well.

On a personal note, I have 6 beautiful children, 12 and under, and have been married for 13 years to a Rock and Roll guitarist.
