Love Listen and Play is a California group practice supporting children, teens, adults, parents, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, attachment, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Our clinicians provide trauma-informed care, including Brainspotting, play therapy, and parent-child work, through in-person and telehealth services across California. Our team provides compassionate, individualized therapy grounded in connection and evidence-based care. We tailor therapy to each client’s needs, helping them feel understood, strengthen relationships, and build meaningful tools for healing and growth.
Our Team
My ideal clients span generations, encompassing children, teens, and adults, each with their unique set of challenges and aspirations. Children may grapple with anxiety, behavioral issues, or difficulties adjusting to life changes. Teens often face identity struggles, peer pressure, and academic stress. Adults may contend with relationship conflicts, career transitions, or unresolved trauma. Regardless of age, my clients share a common need for understanding, validation, and support. They seek a safe space to explore their emotions, confront their fears, and cultivate resilience.

When your child is struggling, you don't have to navigate it alone. I help young children, teens, and their families build stronger connections, navigate anxiety, emotional or behavioral challenges, life transitions, grief and loss, potty issues and develop the confidence to thrive. Together, we'll create a safe, supportive space where children can express themselves, build emotional resilience, and develop healthy coping skills. I also partner with parents to better understand their child's unique needs, strengthen the parent-child relationship, and foster lasting growth and connection both at home and beyond the therapy room.

You want the best for your child and you’re doing your best. But despite your love and care, you’re noticing signs that your child is struggling. Big emotions, behavioral outbursts, or changes in mood or performance can leave you feeling overwhelmed, worried, and unsure of how to help. Your child may be experiencing anxiety, trauma, family transitions, or social/emotional challenges, and they need a safe, supportive space to process. You want guidance, practical tools, and reassurance that healing is possible. You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, postpartum and parenting challenges, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Others are coping with the lasting impact of difficult experiences or struggling to adjust to significant changes. Together, we create a safe, supportive space to foster healing, strengthen resilience, deepen connections, and help you move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
