It is my honor to be given the opportunity to hear your story, explore the depth of your experiences and facilitate personal growth. I operate from a very eclectic & holistic therapeutic approach, and have specific experience with issues including grief & loss, addiction, couples, trauma, anxiety, depression, physical/sexual abuse, and career counseling.
I've taken training in hypnosis, past life regression, and am a reiki master. With my background with EMDR I am able to utilize those tools to help clients further explore, process and release trauma. Along with my training in sex therapy, I collaborate with clients in exploring a variety of sexual and gender issues.
When life gets "lifey" it's incredibly important for us to be reminded that we don't have to go through it alone. I know how hard it can be to reach out for help.
