Relationships are our speciality - We work with couples, families, and individuals on attachment issues, relationships, connection, and emotional safety. We are 'Emotionally Focused Couples Therapists' (ICEEFT) as well as sex-informed therapists. Our approach involves turning around patterns that feel out of control and repetitive while increasing bonding and closeness. We also work with individuals on connecting with others in a positive way while understanding and changing patterns that are hard to shift.
Our approach is warm, conversational, and practical - We are here to help, so we won't be sitting back and nodding silently. Most of our practice is dedicated to couples, but we also work with families and individuals looking to turn around difficult patterns and behaviors especially in relationships.
We have been been working with couples, families, and individuals for years, and are members of the International Center for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, The Northern California Center for Emotionally Focused therapy, and The EFT Center of Los Angeles.
