Targeted brief or longer-term psychodynamic therapy with an experienced psychotherapist can help you break through any anxiety, sadness, isolation and confusion triggered by emotional struggle. I currently provide remote psychotherapy.
Together, as you journey toward your selected goals, we'll explore and address barriers to your well-being that may include, for example, recent or chronic struggles with anxiety, or depression, sexual identity, loss, challenging personal or business relationships, etc.
