I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has assisted clients suffering from depression, anxiety, and substance use. Having worked with individuals who have endured and experienced emotionally stressful situations, I believe it is important to have a supportive guide help you take it day by day in your journey to find peace.
I received my Master of Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles in 2013 and have been licensed since 2017. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
