My approach is trauma-informed, and a holistic approach. I have over 10 years of experience working directly with children/families in the school setting. My specialties include trauma, child development, parenting guidance, anxiety, and grief. Throughout our sessions, we would discuss a plan with tools and techniques to address your needs.
I am passionate about the potential of the evolving self, integrating self compassion, and working through emotional barriers that make us feel incapable in reaching our highest potential to live healthier lives.
