Welcome! My ultimate goal is to help my clients feel better and get relief from their symptoms. Whether it's gaining an understanding of your diagnosis through psychoeducation, processing with my support and insight, or learning how to utilize mindfulness and somatic interventions to heal- I am here for you. I will help you move forward and guide you along a path toward change. I provide treatment to adults who suffer from PTSD, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Also, if you're interested in privacy- I don't record my sessions, I don't use AI to write my notes- I write them by hand- I am invested in client privacy.

I specialize in client centered, insight oriented, and trauma informed care. I offer help to increase effective communication, practice coping skills, learn about mindfulness, and to develop strategies in order to reverse or change maladaptive behaviors and encourage personal growth and development.
