With a collaborative and culturally sensitive lens, I incorporate mindfulness, CBT and EMDR to facilitate awareness, growth and healing. With additional Certification in Perinatal Mental Health and years of experience working with grief, I am here to sit with you if you’re on a journey of loss, birth or parenthood, and to move with you towards hope.

My goal is to build a foundation of trust and safety, which starts before our first session. I offer free 20 minute consultation calls so we can get to know each other and you can feel confident and informed in your decision to work together.
