I specialize in the treatment of trauma and postpartum mental health concerns. Whether you are trying to recover from traumatic experiences that are impacting your life and relationships, or pregnancy and childbirth have triggered unexpected emotions and difficulties, your story matters. I believe that hope, change, and healing are possible, even when experiencing deep emotional distress. Our work together will create space for you to understand your pain in a compassionate way, gain insight into your experience, and uncover new ways to cope.
In my work, I take all aspects of one's story and identity into consideration to understand their difficulties as well as their strengths. I use research-based interventions to help my clients meet their goals. I am EMDR trained and have completed the Postpartum Support International training to provide postpartum mental health care.
I strive to create a space that is safe for individuals to be just as they are. All cultural backgrounds and identities are valued and celebrated in my practice.
