About

As an experienced therapist, I understand that you are searching for someone who can support you in changing, growing and resolving life issues, someone who can provide a place to be understood and valued. I provide deep listening, authentic understanding, and a space to explore options for problem solving.
My approach is rooted in my extensive experience with many different treatment modalities coupled with providing a safe and accepting environment. Your unique strengths, history and current environment all play a part in the therapeutic process which I deeply respect.
I work with people who experience depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and childhood abuse. I counsel individuals couples and families and use a variety of techniques in the therapeutic process including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Take the first step, I'm looking forward to your call.
