About
Are you feeling stuck in the same rut? I can help by guiding you to change just one thing so you can move forward with your life. I am caring and compassionate, but firm when you need me to be firm. I will use a variety of techniques and modalities. I am very partial to meditation, mainly because it works! I like to form a partnership with my clients so we can work towards a shared goal.
When working with pre-teen and teens I help them to see their own worth and guide them through the process of becoming the authors of their own lives. I hope with these young people to learn how to be resilient for life and not follow the "herd".
I also have experience with Gifted kids. I have a Master’s in Education of Gifted. I have expertise is supporting the social and emotional needs of gifted
